How clever is this?  I realize that I haven't been on here lately.  Busy time of year.  I have continued with card making workshops.  But for the month of December, we are going to make tags instead.  We will gather at my house at 1:30 PM on Saturday, 12/14.  Because the project will be smaller, so will the fee....only $7.00.  If you are interested, let me know by Tues, 12/3 so that I can place the order for everyone.  Hope that you can make it.

Frosted Cardmaking

We will be making Christmas and winter holiday cards with the Frosted paper packet and the October Stamp of the month. Please come and get your creative juices going. Bring your blocks, adhesives, and glittery embellishments. I will supply the paper kits, envelopes, stamps, inks and embellishments. Fee is $13.50. Feel free to bring a friend. If you would prefer to make pages instead of cards, let me know so that I won't cut the paper into strips for the cards. Constant Campaigns

Have you taken advantage of the August campagin yet.  Only two more weeks left to do so. Put in an order of $50.00 or more and the August stamp of the month is yours for free.  You read that right.  Not the usual $5.00, but FREE!  At least three people have done so over the last ten days.  You still have time.  There is an awesome campaign coming up in September to celebrate national scrap booking month.  You will want to be on the lookout for that as well.

We will be using the Huntington Paper Pack and the September stamp of the month. I will provide envelopes, embellishments, inks, and use of my other stamps, cricut, and embossing powder. You will be able to make 12 cards and have paper left over all for $13.50. As always, I encourage you to bring your own blocks, adhesive and other easy to bring tools to ease sharing. Order Placed

So I placed the order for the 28th yesterday morning.  The site was showing that they were shipping orders placed on the 12th.  This made me a little nervous.  But....much to my pleasant surprise when I got on the computer this morning, I had an email from CTMH with a shipping notice and tracking link.  The order has shipped already and will be here on the 24th.  How wonderful is that?  What a great way to start the day!!!!!!  Love you Close To My Heart<3

Conversation Wanderings

You just never know when the opportunity to discuss Close To My Heart is going to arise.  I was part of a conversation this morning that started out being about using the large, black garbage bags as an item of clothing.  Before I knew it, one of the women involved in the conversation was asking for a book and when she could come to a party.  She was so excited!  I was able to give her one of my business cards and promised to ring an idea book to her tomorrow.  Quite cool  :)

New Cricut Cartridge

I was able to look at the book that goes with the new Close To My Heart cartridge today.  I am so excited about it.  I love what it will do and how it is set up.  Each cartridge gets a little bit better than the last.  It comes as a bundle worth $125.00, but sold for $99.00.  The bundle contains the cartridge with over 700 images, 3 D size stamp sets, and 3 12 inch X 9 inch dimensional element sets that coordinate with it.  Are you intrigued yet?  Let me know.  uscgdw@aol.com or (609)652-5006.

Hello there!  I didn't realize that I hadn't posted here  this year.  But I am back.  I have been having ladies over to make cards and scrap book pages.  We have discovered that both can be done at the same event.  It is the same tools, supplies, and techniques.  Just a different size and purpose.  what have you been up to this year?  I hope that you are well and filled with creativity.  I will be posting a date for the next get together by the end of this week.  It will be in July.  Those who come, will receive the new idea book that goes live on August 1.  It's a very exciting book with new products.  I think that you will love it.  I promise to be back soon.  By the way, did you notice the shop with me badge and link.  I have tried since I started this blog to get that to work.  Finally!!!!!!  I feel accomplished about being able to do that.  Silly, I know ;)
